Being located in different cities the committee found The Meeting Planners completely flexible and they adapted very easily to our way of working.  As a result the attendance figures far exceeded our expectations for 750 participants and rose to an all time record of 1,150 for a conference run in the Southern Hemisphere.  It was a great feeling to know that we had brought so many colleagues from around the world to present their latest research – it was a bonus to be able to give them a really well organised program, a great venue and world class entertainment thanks to The Meeting Planners.
